How do I activate a PIN?

Open the app (or the web player), copy the device code shown on the activation screen, and enter your PIN. In the browser the device code is filled in automatically.

Why does it say my PIN was already used on another device?

One PIN activates one device only. Message @ZedMediaBot and ask for an unbind, then activate the new device.

Can I use the same PIN on my phone and TV?

No — a TV counts as a device. Use one PIN per device; ask support for an extra PIN.

A title will not play — what should I do?

Reopen the player (it switches to a backup source automatically). In the web player tap "Report a problem" and we receive the details automatically.

How do I update the app?

Inside the app tap "Check for Updates" — the TV build updates the same way. New versions are announced on @tfasthub.

Activate your PIN

Android app

Install the app
Get the APK from the bot or zedmods.com/app.
Copy the device code
Open the app, accept the dialog, and copy the device code shown on the activation screen.
Ask for a PIN
Send the code plus your request to @ZedMediaBot if you don't have a PIN yet.
Activate
Enter the PIN on the activation screen → tap Activate → continue to the app.

Web player (iPhone, iPad, Android, PC)

Open the player
Use the link from the bot (“Watch Online”) — or watch.zedmods.com.
Your code is filled in
The browser shows its own device code, already filled in — no app needed.
Enter your PIN
Type the PIN and tap Continue.

Android TV / Google TV

One PIN — one device

Your PIN locks to the first device that activates it (a TV counts as a device, and a browser counts as a device).

“This PIN was already used on another device” — the PIN is bound elsewhere. Message @ZedMediaBot and ask for an unbind, then activate the new device.
Watching on more than one device? Get an extra PIN for each device.
Android users: you can also watch in your phone's browser with the same PIN — on the web login page tap “Use the app's device code” and paste the code shown in the app.

Playback & downloads

If a title doesn't start, close the player and open it again — the app and the web player automatically switch to a backup source.
In the web player, tap Report a problem inside the player — we receive the title, your device code and the error automatically.
Downloads are the full file, so use Wi-Fi for large movies.
Slow start on mobile data is usually the connection; the player caches the first minute for instant replay.

Updates & expiry

Update the app from inside the app (Check for Updates) — the TV build updates the same way.
Release notes and giveaways are posted on the channel @tfasthub.
Renew or extend a PIN through @ZedMediaBot; you get a reminder before it expires.
