Activate your TV from your phone

1. Look at your TV

Open Zed TV on the TV. The activation screen shows a device code (16 characters).

Type it here on your phone. The TV then activates itself, no remote typing.

Or scan the TV

On your phone: tap the button, point the camera at the QR shown on the TV, and the device code fills in by itself. You can also pick a photo or a screenshot of the TV screen.

2. Choose a PIN

Have a PIN already? Type it below and tap Activate. It is linked to your TV, and on the TV you will only need to type the PIN once.

3. Finish on the TV, no typing needed

1. Back on the TV, tap Check Activation (or close and reopen the app).
2. It detects the PIN you linked here and opens by itself. Nothing to type on the remote.
3. If it asks for the PIN instead, type the 9 characters once. That always works too.

Tip: on Android TV / Google TV you can type with your phone without any remote typing: focus the text box on the TV and choose “Use your phone keyboard”, or open the Google TV app on your phone. Its built-in keyboard types straight into the TV.

No Telegram? No problem

You do not need Telegram to activate. This page alone does it: type your PIN above and the TV activates by itself.
